List of Documents Needed

For a student to Enroll in our Tractor Trailer Program they must present the following Documents at time of enrollment without exceptions or they will not be allowed to Continue:

  1. Valid Driver’s Licensce
  2. Driving History Report (Valid within last 30 Days):
    • Is needed to make sure student has Valid DL, also to verify if there are any pending tickets or infractions that might prevent student from progressing.
  3. Original Birth Certificate (Passport, Residency Card, Citizenship Document)
    1. *Required by Dmv, Does not accept abstract birth certificate, and must be in good condition if ripped or damaged will not be accepted.
  4. Social Security Card
    • *Required by Dmv – must be in good condition, if ripped or damaged will not be accepted.
  5. 2 forms of Proof of Residency (utility bill, medical bill, etc.)
    • *Required by Dmv, both cannot be by same department
  6. High School Diploma / GED
    • *If Student does not have either Diploma / GED they may take our Celsa test which has a $20 fee.
