List of Documents Needed
For a student to Enroll in our Tractor Trailer Program they must present the following Documents at time of enrollment without exceptions or they will not be allowed to Continue:
- Valid Driver’s Licensce
- Driving History Report (Valid within last 30 Days):
- Is needed to make sure student has Valid DL, also to verify if there are any pending tickets or infractions that might prevent student from progressing.
- Original Birth Certificate (Passport, Residency Card, Citizenship Document)
- *Required by Dmv, Does not accept abstract birth certificate, and must be in good condition if ripped or damaged will not be accepted.
- Social Security Card
- *Required by Dmv – must be in good condition, if ripped or damaged will not be accepted.
- 2 forms of Proof of Residency (utility bill, medical bill, etc.)
- *Required by Dmv, both cannot be by same department
- High School Diploma / GED
- *If Student does not have either Diploma / GED they may take our Celsa test which has a $20 fee.
